Default Help with right size tire

I have a 03 Kodiak 450, I have decided to go with the Mudlites, what size do you recommend, I would like the 26' all around, but will I have enough room on the front so that the tire doesn't rub with the 26 10x12, also with the 26 12x12 in the rear will that cut down on my power. Any imputs?

Default Help! with right size tire

if you make the rear tire bigger then you will gain more top end speed but will loose bottom end. A general rule of thumb is 1'' on the rear tire is equal to 1 tooth on the rear sprocket. if you are only changing the width of the tire and not the height then you wont have any decrease/ increase in power.
