Lectron Raptor
#1
I want to do duel 38mm Lectrons for My raptor. I changed over to alky on the stockers and like a few people know they just won't work well. What I'm asking is I've seen them on a Banshee (duels) so where could I go to buy some? I also need to find out how much room I need to fit them in the frame. Does anyone think there is a problem with making the intake tract longer if there is not enough room up close to the motor? I've also tossed the thought of a single but I don't want to loose any topend. I want to gain it!

keep me informed on what you guys come-up with. I would like to stay with duel carbs but I can't find any specs. on their physical size and if I can fit two in there. If I can come up with a couple I can build my own intake. I just want to know if I can fit them in there first.

I bought a used one off ebay just to size up a dual set up. It's tight. The bottom of the gas tank will probably need to be modded and the exhaust may get in the way. We're going to have a custom exhaust made but if your running a drag exhaust I think you'll have plenty of room. I'm leaning towards duals myself but they both have their advantages.

I think duels will feed her the best....LEts see if we can fit them and what would be the negatives of the duels anyway,is there one..The negative of the single that bothers me is the idea of not flowing enough fuel..

The neg. of duals are tight fit, harder to tune and I thing the single might make better torque.
