Anyone have a pic of the linkage for the accelerator pump on Raptor FCRs? Ever since a shop jetted my carbs I think the linkage has been dinked up. If I hit the thumb throttle when the carb is fueled there is a slight delay until the pump pushes down, it waits for the spring to push the pump down, is that right or should the plastic arm be pushing directly on the back of the metal link? Gotta have a pic of the proper setup to be sure it's right.

maybe try downloading a manual for a yfz450... i am sure you could find a diagram in there.
www.roostingthedunes.com has the manual.. you just gotta sign up for the site.

Also check out WWW. Thumpertalk.com. It is a dirtbike site but most of the dirtbikes out there use FCR carbs.

There is a lot of info about tuning the accelerator pump on the YZ FCRs. Sign up and do a search. You may find some useful information, I hope.

Good luck.
