Decompression Pin in Raptor Motor ----
OK, go to this page
http://216.37.204.206/alba/Yamaha_OE...e=13&A=216&B=3
then look at part 5 on the cam shaft, you can rotate that 180 Deg. amd it will work, but it will push the pin up when you hit the right RPM instead of dropping it down. If you read a maual it will tell you how to PUT it back in, ALSO you need to make sure your timing chains on right with the cam, if you moved the sprocket and then put it back togeather you have to use a socket set and get the timing all back right, WICH A MANUAL WILL TELL YOU HOW DO TO.

When you install the cam, part #5 the lever has a dot on the end of it where the two **** are. When the **** are between the weights in their grooves, the dot on part #5 will be at a 12 O clock position in reference to the top of the head. The decompression pin should be sticking out of its hole a little at this time also. Seperate the weights and the lever spins a little and the pin goes back into it's hole.
