I read in another topic that you can buy bigger minuki carbs to run as a jet kit and heard that the k@n,fmf,and dyno jet are junk is this true? If it is a cheaper way i will run down and buy some for the wolvy

I'm going to assume you mean buying mikuni jets that are larger than the stockers. Mikuni is the same as gtyr. DJ is a different setup, and I'm not sure what K&N uses. Jet kids are a waste of money, imo. In a raptor, you know what needles you need, and should have a good idea about the pilots. Pilots are 3 bucks a piece. You would have to buy a lot of them individually to add up to the 50+ dollar jet kit. Pilots and needles are availible at any dealer or parts shop.
I dont know if you need this information, but stock jetting on the rap is 140/145 with 22.5 needles 3rd clip and 2/2.5 turns on the air fuel screw. (screw is different on many)
