Could a yami wolverine pull a field-dressed elk out of the bush?

Depends on the bush. Those wolverines are 4wd if I remember right, so if you have a drag on any kind of reasonable terrain, yes. If you knock one down where me and my buddy seem to, ah, nope. Regardless, you will be toasting your oil pretty good around your auto clutch during said excersise.

Either way, it sure beats throwing on the shoulder strap, saying one-two-three and pulling for 20 feet blowing snot bubbles and hearing your knee cartilage shredding only to collapse and re-assess the next mile of that b.s. (that's right I'm too stupid to quarter them:cool

I bet mine would as long as they aren't too amazingly heavy and the hills aren't too amazingly steep.

So, there are quads better suited for yanking meat like that around? I'm not a hunter... by bro-in-law was looking for one and I thought I'd get your input.

A big bore like a Grizzly would be a better tow machine, just not nearly as fun to ride when it isn't doing such tasks....
