Alba definetly has some of the best looking products around. Without question, no one can doubt that.

I looked at the large V Bar like GYT-R Bumper, but I picked the smaller one just because of it's sport look.

Unfortunatly I couldnt choose,I got all my GYT-R pieces free but was not aloud to choose which ones,I got the Grill,Bumper,Skidplates and those aluminium pieces that go just next to your ankles and go all the way up the frame...

The frame guards are a very nice item. If I get into buying another GYT-R item, it will be the heel guards. I hate the black plastic one's that are stock.

So you would change the plastic ones to the aluminium ones?Do you ever think about weight difference?Well I guess youve got more than enough power to move it around with your 686,LOL!

I have looked into changing the heel guards. I don't have a problem with the plastic one's, except for the fact that the gyt-r heel guards look a lot better.

My 686 is still under construction, and will be up and running in a week. So I'll see what kind of power it has, but I'm not too concerned with my Raptor weight too much. I'm sure it's not much heavier then any other Raptor. I know the GYT-R stuff is really light. Espically the bumper, it seems lighter then the stock bumper.

And if I ever go full racing, I will remove the skids, heel guards, and any other dead weight. But right now, I'm not feeling that the Raptor is bulky in any way. I may actually get it weighed sometime to see how heavy it really is, because I'm sure it's no more then 10-20lbs heavier then any other Raptor that has some extra goodies on it.

The only thing that really held me back before was the 22" Mud Machines, but those heavy b*tches are down the road. I'm getting rid of them for some lighter 20" tires.

My luck is rotten, I bought my Raptor used, and I have frame guards and an Alba grill in the garage uninstalled as I type this. I need to take it too a shop to get the bolts out, to get the frame guards in, im trying so hard ive bent a series of Hex keys, were gonna have to use some machinery. I also need the stock bolts from the Mesh radiotor, I have the right size bolt, but not the nut too wrap around it and hold it in place. Lifes rotten isnt it? LOL. Well none the less, when I get the parts on, the raptor will look even better.
