Top speed of a Blaster and Warrior? Which is better?

Default Top speed of a Blaster and Warrior? Which is better?
I'd go with the warrior. It is eletric start with reverse. But if you put a hollywood dirt 240 kit on the blaster it will be gettin 40+ hp.
