I got a 520X106 D.I.D. O-ring chain for my stock gearing and 4.5" extension. So I'm sure a 520X120 will fit your set up Sam. You will probaly have to take a couple link's out, but you can get it to fit.

I got my 120 link chain from Craycraft for my +8. I ordered a brake line from quadpartsguy off of ebay, $30 for a +8 line. I ordered it Monday and got a tracking number today saying it had already been shipped.

If I was going to spend a little more on a chain and wanted it to look good too, I would get the ERT from D.I.D. You can see it in the Rocky Mountain cata. Its all gold looking. It would go real nice with your frame. Plus its prety strong based ont he tensile stregth.

I just got the DID ERT chain from chaparral for 49.95 on sale. All gold chain and comes with 120 links. Now I just need to buy a chain breaker.

I just got a DID x-ring chain, I just got 120 links and cut it down. However, I think this chain sucks, its stretches out everytime I ride it then slips on my sprockets, I've already almost ruined my rear sprocket, and only have like 12 hours on it all.

Wow I thought that was supposed to be a good chain. Are you adjusting it loose enough? You know that it will look more loose than stock with your extension...or needs to be.

Thats the same chain I got with my Tucker +4. Good service so far.... I cut my chain down from 120 links. If your chain needs adjusting every ride, then you are running the chain too tight or not lubricating it. Your suspension is compressing and stretching your chain. I would suggest NEW sprockets on a new chain.....worn sprockets gut out a new chain fast. I had 2.5 years (and was counting) on the stock chain and expect as much on the DID.

I got all new sprockets and chain at the same time, and I lube it after every ride. I'll make sure its adjusted correctly before I ride too. But after a couple hours its so loose that it slips when I'm really getting on it. It is possible that its from the suspension compressing because my rear shock is way too soft after the +4 swingarm, I really need to get a new one or get get it revalved.
