Default G3 reeds

I read an old thread where these were discussed but then everyone stopped talking about them. Can some of you tell me a little about there performance and the various ways they affect your quads. I want to add an aftermarket set of reeds/cage to my 86 250r but havent heard alot of good about the vforce and powervalved motor combos. Oh yeah, these reeds are G3 Powercurve Reeds that are offered by 1 dirracing.

well i have heard of those reeds but the boysesn reeds are good i have had the power reeds and just got the pro series and i think the pro series really help keepin right the powerband and also a reed spacer for more mid-range pull, after I put those in the bike just stays right in powerband and ripps threw gears like a banshee piped on a blaster. And i also heard that about the aftermarket reed cages and also u cannot put spacers into it. Good luck on whatever u choose tho man.

I am the one who started the old thread. These are the best reeds for the money in my opinion. I use to have V-Force reeds in mine but when I installed the G3's WOW the increase in performance greatly noticed.

Thanks man. I run 250r v-force reeds in my cheetah top end and they sounded like a good alternative.

00Banshee I was not directing my comments towards you sir. It was some one else that made a comment about the reeds which is not there any more.
