I think it is time to rebuild the banshee since my compression tests out at about 80# per side. It is even but it is getting low I think. (and this is with .20 shaved off the head.) My question is- Are the pistons sold by Vitos performance any better than a set of regular weiscos. I know they are about $70 more. I just want to get the compression back up to hopefully get some more low end power. THANKS ALOT

Vito's pistons are pretty good unit's. Wiseco makes them to his specs. They're light and have a higher dome on them that raises the compression. Low-end increases can be obtained thru increased compression. You do have .020 off of your head( I assume from the gasket mating surface), so I would ask Vito first if it would be safe to run on premium.

Just plain ole Pro-lites with a fresh bore will help get back alot of your missing bottom end too.

we just put a wiseco piston and rings in my brothers blaster and it brought the compression right back up.
