Have a 99' warrior and it has no spark most of the time. No spark at all when cranking over with the strarter.Even with battery charger attached. Was told by the owner it will start if it pull started by another vehicle. Will stay running then. If its shut off, it will restart IF it's done within 1-2 minutes, otherwise it will need to be pull started. Does this sound like a stator problem ? Can anyone give me some circuit diagrams or resistance values ? How about a stator rebuilder phone number ? New one is pretty pricey !

 

My brothers warrior had the exact same symptom, bad stator, also check wires running from the coil.

 

Did you have a way of testing it ? Did you have it rebuilt or buy a new one ?
