Carb HELP !?
#5
I stripped the screws also on my 2004 warrior carb. I stripped two of the bottom screw on my carb and two on the top while rejetting the carb. What I did for the two screws on top of the carb where the slide is located. I used a small ice pick and a hammer. I chiseled the screw heads on the edge and slowly backed them out. The bottom scews I used a larger chisel and backed them out. I used two screws out of another carb I had for the bottom screws and just replaced them when putting it back together. I had to order the top screws from a dealer. Mukini has the softest bolts known to man, I would never buy a carb from them due to this issue. I was gentle also and still stripped them.
