Default Raptor Failure, 1st Ride!

Thanks for the help. I'm off to the nearest dealer (at least one that is open on Monday),
for a new union bolt!

I'd just have the b@stards at the dealship (which prolly screwed it up to begin with) fix it under warranty! Why do it yourself when someone will do it for free for you

Thats a very good point. If you incur excessive top end wear later (or worse) from debree, from you would have a good basis for having the engine fixed.

Dont reuse the copper washers, they are gaskets. I agree the dealer ship should be able to fix you right up for nuthin considering all the money you laid out.

That bolt is used to check oil flow at the top end . I'm sure on set up they cracked it to check for pressure and then overtightened it ( punk with a wrench ) Get your dealer to repair ir and document that specific bolt and lose of oil pressure to the top end . this might extend your warranty .
Good luck
