Default 01 Raptor clutch......screeching noises?

I have a friend with an 01 Raptor. Last weekend we were out and we noticed some screeching noises from the engine. He thinks it is the clutch. It also only occurs on forward motion. He notices the noises more on turning than just a straight line. Anybody have any ideas or opinions? Anyone experienced this problem? He also mentioned it could be the chain. He is going to replace the chain and see what changes. What about the clutch?

I don't think he is having problems with the tranny. He has had that done over a couple times. One just recently if I remember. The brake rotor is a good place to check. It is a pretty consistent screeching noise though. Doesn't really have a pattern to it if you know what I mean by that.

It is my Quad and the tranny was rebuilt last spring under warranty. It really does not sounds like it is coming from anywhere in the Motor. That is ok I have a month and a half left on my warranty I am going to have the dealer check it out and give me there thoughts. I know my clutch needs to be replaced because it is pretty much gone. Could a Clutch make that kind of a noise?

Well Axle carrier seems good.. Anyone else have any other ideas? It does not sound like a grinding noise it is more of a rubber on rubber sound. Almost like the sound on a Belt drive when it is not in gear all the way.
