I need to know what the valve clearance needs to be set on,intake and exhaust.Also how do you adjust the clutch on them?

 

if it's a rap 350 bring it back to your dealer if it requires adjustment. If it requires adjustment already I'm thinking that is wasn't setup right from the dealer ..

 

yeah i really don't feel like bringing it back to the dealer,anyways there may not be nothing wrong with it.I'm fixing to service it and just to make sure its right,so any help on how to adjust it would be good.Also does anyone know what the valve adjustments on a warrior should be set on? thanks

 

I've got all that in my Warrior manual from Clymer (was like $20 canadian ??) I've got to try and remember to bring it to work sometime so I can scan it in.

 

thanks.Also i need the intake settings and exhaust settings for the valves if anyone knows,and if you know how to adjust the clutch. I know i'm rushing,but i'm trying to get this done today. thanks

yes, intake .06 to .10mm .oo2 to .oo4inches
exhaust .16 to .20mm .006 to .008 inches just checked my manual
