RAPTORMAN- I will bump myself up from the stock bore class to run your 727.
WHEELIE BARS, WHEELIE BARS, WHEELIE BARS- Nothing at this very moment is carved in stone although it needs to get that way shortly. To much time was spent last year changing before the races that i just want to get it all cleared up. I am not anti wheelie bar at all. My thoughts are that there will be more without them. Take 2 piped raptors with just slip-ons and put a wheelie bar on one of them. I can tell you which one will win 10 out of 10 times.
HOW MANY PLAN ON RUNNING A WHEELIE BAR??? The one thing i want to avoid is- take the 660 cc and under class. Say there is 15 quads entered and 1 has a wheelie bar and the other 14 do not. Is that fair?
I AM ALL FOR SPEED and i have no problem adding classes for the wheelie bar crowd if the need is there. MR.HP was killer with his last year.
2 thoughts i need your imput on
1. Is it fair to make the alky burners jump up a class?
2. Is it fair to make the wheelie bar crowd jump up a class?
I want to get the classes hammered out well in advance of the race date so guys can plan.
From the looks of things there should be at least 16 quads that are 727 and larger and at least 24 that are between 660 and 703cc at this point from my emails.
I would like to run no more than 12 classes including 2 for the 2 smokes and 1 Fourstroke king. So please add your thoughts in on the 9 remaining choices. Got to run 1 or 2 kids classes. ( those do not have to count on the 9) A class for the women would be fun also.

From what I saw last year some of the wheelie bar crowd actually was slower because of the roughness of the track. Some of the ds's would bounce the rear wheals off the ground just enough to loose traction when the wheel on the wheelie bar would hit a bump or come up out of a dip.
I have no problem running against quads with wheelie bars, BRING EM' ON!
By the way I'll be there. Bringing the RV this year planning on showing up late fri. night.
