Has anyone tried the Big Gun exaust on the Warrior. If so, did you notice a gain performance. As well as did you rejet. If so what main jet did you use ? My stock jet is a 145 main ?

I can't say what you'll see on the Warrior, but I put one on my 400EX with the K&N Jet Kit and Filter, and it was a completely different animal. I spoke with Paul at BigGun and he said that the Complete system (Headpipe, silencer, and spark arrestor) gave me approx 7 horsepower, and increased my bark to about 92DB. (It's loud in the woods, but worth it.)

Good Luck

I agree. I put one with a jet kit, filter, and head pipe. All I can say is wow. The quad is like a completely different quad.

lucey,
I've got the Giggun exhaust on my Wolverine with a K+N airfilter and dyno-jet jet kit, BIG difference from stock. I believe your engine is the same but you carb is larger than mine. Stock
my main was 140, now 144-147.5, depending on temp and how much slow speed (high engine temps) I'll be doing. I tried the head pipe also but it touched the front drive shaft cover and melted it so off it came. I dont think it made much difference but with it you loose the heat shield and your right leg gets HOT...It is loud but I think cool sounding !!!
