Never said I was an engine builder just built my own stuff and stuff for friends. Dustins head was the 6 head I ported.
Mitch new it was me because he saw I was looking for a head .

Dustin is a very close friend and I tried to do the very best I could and it took two weeks to port and it came out awsome but I guess I was too heavy on the porting and when my machine shop sand blasted the head they blew a hole threw it and tried covering it up. Like I told him he's my friend and I'll help him any way possible to get this fixed so he can start racing again. Sorry all you guys are perfect and have never messed up on anything. But me being a TRUE friend will fix my mistakes.

hey pat can you port my head.....JK

this is some funny stuff...

If my buddy screwed up that bad i would have hit him over the head with it, how can you go to far on a port job if you have the slightest idea of what your doing, especially if yu have done 6...

See why i dont build my own stuff pat,i have trained professionals doing it....

Good luck and ill race you when it's done,

Do you not think professional cylinder head porters do not blow a hole through on occasion? Absolutely. You will never find the casting limits unless you pass them.

Sam your mighty Craycraft went into the water ports when they got started to NOBODYs perfect just ask Mark he told me!!!
I guess your lucky you have Mitch because I know ANYTHING having to do with building a raptor is way over YOUR little head. hahahaha
Dustin will have no problems racing you any time anywhere he might not have as much motor as you have but I do know from what I have heard is he's twice the rider you are!!

Thanks Gary that is very true!!

Not all is lost, you now have a head that you could take to a bandsaw and cut up and see all the thin spots for future reference.

Hey Sam, I will be more than happy to race, but dont plan on stopping after 300 ft, you got to be a real man and do 50 miles, so if you really want to race and test your machine and yourself bring your camelback and a full tank of gas!!
