OK Its done, I Went out today and got the Gytr kit ,and put 165-160 on. I have the stock pipe with no baffle, but I have a new pipe on order. I also have the lid off the airbox, and a new filter. So everything is running great. One more question that I had is, what should I watch for now that Ive jetted it, should I look for warning signs just to make sure that nothings gone wrong . Oh and the bogging down turned out to be my parking brake sensor, It was being accidently shorted and kickin in the rev limiter

no man you should be good to go. u really need a pipe though, that fuel has to exit somwhere, or else its just going to be a load of carbon built up. just do this... after a couple hours of riding, check your spark plug. if its black, lean it out a little. just so you dont foul out a plug. if its grey-dark grey, its good. if its tan, YOURE TOO LEAN! turn that screw out, and give that girl more fuel. heres the thing. if your running too rich, worst thatll happen is your gonna foul out a plug ($2), but on the bright side, youll cushion up your valves. if your running too lean, huh, well your gonna run hot, chance your engine($$$), and be miserable. keep and eye out on what color smoke is coming out your pipe. white/light grey-BAD...colorless/darker grays-OK. hope this helps. o, and always get a second opinion, none of these bikes are identical!

At the end of this article ,it lists, symptoms of lean and rich conditions. If you dont have much experience reading plugs, and if it isnt done correctly, the results are meaningless. Its easier to just go by the drivability symptoms.

ok, so the plug tells how the fuel is burning? Does anyone know of an easier way to get to the plug. I always have to remove my tank. Should it be that hard

The plug socket that comes in the tool kit works good.

If you buy the GYT-R jet kit, here is a link that gives you a step-by-step (with photo's)
installation guide:

http://www.off-road.com/atv/projects...ce/intake.html

It should also be appropriate it you buy the parts individually.

Have fun!
