Your tire size has 3 numbers, the first is how big the tire is, the second is how wide, and the third is the rim size.
You can change the first two to suit your personal perfence. Some people like smaller tires while others like big, and also some like them wider then others. As long as you keep the last number (rin size) the same it will be fine.

If your happy with the ground clearance, just stay with a 20X11X9 which will fit the stock rear rims, and go with a 21X7X10 for the front, which is the same stock size. The rear is just 1 inch wider which is better anyhow. If you want to step it up for better XC ground clearance run a 22X11X9 which will stick fit the rear rim cause it's still a 9" rim tire, and go with a 23X7X10 front, same front rim size too. Try to always stay a tire size bigger in the front than the rear as the stocks are. I actually have the same size front and backs and it don't make that big a deal, but it does transfer the weight a little differently lowering the front down half an inch more due to the 1" overall difference in height.
If you run the 22's, step your gearing down to maybe 12/42, at least 12/40. That will compensate for the taller gearing the 22's will give you being bigger. The Raptor will turn them like they are stockers with that gearing no problem.
