I just changed the gear oil, front and back, in my Grizzly. The gearoil did not say Hypoid on the bottle. I didn't notice the owners manual called for hypoid until after I finished the job. What is hypoid? The brand I used was Walmart brand. Will it matter?

I'd think its fine, I think the stuff you are talking about is made for limited-slip differentials as opposed to an open differential.
