Default Pipe for Raptor ?

Hi, everybody. Need help with pipe. Looking for pipe mostly for sand riding, but not like to have very noisy one. Let say around 100 dec or little more with change to adjust, if need to. So far I like this three, Yoshimura full system, DMC Alien - like the idea of separate head pipes and CT Racing Sonic Pipe, mostly because of the winner in Dirt Wheel Magazine pipe shootout in 2002. But don't like the weight of CT system. What you guys or gals run on your raptors ? And any pros and con about this three systems or any better system you think of.

The DMC is just loud and there are allot better pipes. CT is one that allot of guys like, I have a yoshi and if you like two pipes check into the LTE dual exhaust. If you do a search you will find allot to read.

The DMC in very loud, the yoshi is nice, but i wouldn't give up my CT pipe for no reason, yeah it a little heavy but it give me the power that i want. I'm not worried about the 4lbs im going to save with the yoshi pipe.

Go to the CT Racing web site, and read the linked article on Raptor pipes.

I choose the Yosh system after reading, 2nd in power, 1st for quietness. I have them installed and it is still plenty loud I can't imagine the others at 103.

Yosh was super easy to install, they look great and it does NOT hang out the rear like some others do. Which is nice if you ever get it up too far and stand it on end. (which I have)

Also you can put the heat shields back on which is a plus.

Good point.
Just one more about Yoshi, in dirtwheel shootout they use Yoshimura Tec-SA, is this same pipe they call RS 3 comp now ? And is any advantage to use their carbon fiber muffler, other then look ?

Yoshi. The carbon ones are just lighter I think. Yes the TEC-SA is the RS-3.
