Hi All,
I am new to this and have an 1988 Blaster. All it has it a DG pipe and silencer with Boyesen Power Reeds. What else would u suggest to do to it? I will bt doing mostly trail riding with some sand dune running. Also please include a ball park price for each mod.

Thanks,
Scott

Hey you really need a 240 big bore kit by ct racing it will really make a difference. I ride a 98' Blaster with 190 'Doulgas rim's on 20/12.5/9 Blackwaters, ,UNI air filter,DG grab bar ,cargo racks ,dry box ,wiesco piston, and a carzy driver..

Future mod's FMF raing pipes, spyder sprokets,Bandit front tire's and 190 Doulas rim's,Homemade skid plate, and 240 big bore kit

Well you got the basics for it. Get rid of the stock ballon tires and get some real tires like holeshot or razors. If you really want to fly and can afford it get the CT 240 kit($879).Lot of money but it will fly after that. If you on I budget maybe get some porting and a bigger carb.If you can get a hold of some used parts get diffent brakes for the rear. They s...Also get rid of the injector and block it off and premix with a better grade of oil than yamagoop!

Ditch the DG and get a Trintity or Graydon Proline pipe and silencer also step up to a 14-tooth front sprocket it will climb much better in 2nd, and go faster on topend.
