Default 404 big bore

any info on this kit will be helpful. i,ve got a 20 over banshee and i do very well at the local tt races. however the last couple races we can't hardly stay ahead of those 450r and yfz's. i decided to give are self a little cushion and go for a bigbore. it's my understanding that the bigest bore i can go is the 404 without worrying about the stock crank. if i am wrong please correct me in any part of this post, thank you. is there anything i should know before i attemp this. it doesn't seem like to big of a project for me to handle. i have an excellent machinist standing by. any tricks or any or knowledge would be helpful. and remember this has to go fast. the need for speed indeed. thanks

I wouldn't do it if I were you.Just get a full race port and you'll leave those others behind.I'm assuming it isn't ported already. Also I'd get the crank welded just to be safe.PM me if ya need anythingelse.

02Dragman is right, all you need is some port work and a few other mods.... Get rid of the stock 26mm Mikuni carb's.... Maybe a cool head or have your stock head milled.... A set of delta 2 reeds are pretty nice as well.... I assume you already have pipe's of some type?

2 into one pipe, love it, and stock carbs though.

28 milimeter TMX flatside carburators will work with the stock manifold and air box with no modifications.... They work much better than the 26mm Mikuni's....
