Driving in water
I would say the only way ur engine is gonna crack is if ur screaming it in 1st gear on a trails and you go into water still screaming it.....Then maybe it would.
Me and my friend was going through this huge puddle which was pretty deep...almost up to my pipe...and The only problem I had was my relays neutral light relay and the other relay got very dirty and caused it not to start. So if that happens to yours...check that first....then check other things.

dont worry,,,,,,just dont get water in your airbox......
water will likely get to your axle bearings 1st,,,,,you will know it when it happens....and then your clutch/brake cables (from sitting and rusting)
grease her up and go,,,,,,no worries
