I'm replacing my stock Warrior filter with a KN today. I've had mixed replys to my question. Do I have to worry about jetting if all I'm doing is replacing the stock filter. I'm going riding tomorrow. If I do need to keep an eye on it, what is it that I look for on the plug white vs. amber?
I'm probably more concerned about myself riding tomorrow, It was 104 thursday! Thanks for any help.

If you replace the filter with a n you have to go up one or two sizes on the main jet.

I have a K&N Filter on my 99 Warrior along with the power up kit and a White Bros E series pipe. I am switching to a foam filter like a UNI or something. The KN lets dirt into the carb and does not let enough air in. I would go with the foam filter and save your money... A jet kit always helps I would not go any higher than 2 sizes bigger or you will need to cut holes in your air box.

99 Warrior, Raptor on the way....
