I just ordered some Grizzly Grease for myself. I'm going to install a highlifter outlaw clutch kit this weekend and the instructions call for Grizzly Grease. My instructions say to apply it to the weights, inner surface of the collar and the inner surface of the primary sheave. I asked mechanic at the shop if I really neaded it or could I substitute something else, he said to use only the Grizzly Grease. Hope this helps.

Yes you can order it from your dealer. Mine is on back order for 3 weeks right now. Luckily I was able to borrow some from a friend. I will post the yamaha part # for it tommarow. My dealer did not have a clue and told me it was no longer available. The Outlaw clutch kit I installed from High Lifter Rocks! What a difference.

Hunter, I am not sure what kind of dealer would tell you that Grizzly Grease is no longer available, but, I would not purchase from them any more if that was me. They either have no interest in helping you or they are clueless. Either way I would be history.

The full scope of the problem is not limited to kids behind the counter. I have been to great dealers that would bend over backwards to help, and I have been to some that wouldn't give me the time of day.
