Default Aftermarket Handlebar HELP

I found a nice cheap pair of handlebars for my yamaha wolverine .. My old ones where weak and when the first day i got my 424 i bent them up i got a little crazy anyways they are sold on rockymountain atv and here is a link Clicky Here Anyways my question is How much do you think shipping will be.. If i cut the middle bracket off and take the pad off and do a good sanding job do you think they will look nice . If i leave the middle bracket on there will i still be able to see my nuetral and overheating light? Once i am done to this i will go into getting engine mods for this summer...

leave the bar exactly as it comes donot cut anything, take off the pad if you want but no cutting, strength of the bar will suffer
