Help on White Brothers e-series pipe headers!

guys i just got the headers for my slip on system and there is a spring on the headers and it must of burnt off today.. is this a good thing or bad? can i ride it without the spring?>?

As long as its still held on...shouldnt hurt a thing...just try to make it a priority to get ti replaced sometime.

THanks buddy it didn;t come off when i was riding today but where can i get a new spring? and is it okay to still ride it without the spring?
