Yeah, mine's done that quite a few times, even with the clutch pulled in fully, pop it in gear, sometimes it'll lurch a bit and not stall, and sometimes it rarely might stall, this is mind you like a couple months standing up... Most of the time pumping the clutch lever has eliminated this, haven't had it in like a year maybe, mostly when it was newer....

what Sparx and Sick660 said.....
for washing, maintinence, storage or anything
Just go ahead and stand it up.
I also tip my rappy to the side to fill the oil tank,,,makes it a snap
I tip my Bronco back on the spare tire whenever I do an oil change. Makes it easier to change the filter

Yeah, I think my clutches were too fresh too, that's what I assumed it was, I should shift with it more often I guess! Last ride out once again, I luv powershifting without the clutch, feels soooooooo right!

i never thought about tipping it for storage.. i guess i never needed to cause i have a shed to put it in.. i didn't know how easy it was to tip it back.. i'll try it sometime.. but i need a grab bar first.. i broke mine.. stupid wheelies.. so addicting but not cool if you screw it up.. i need a new exhaust tip too.. i tipped it back on accident without a grab bar.. i'm retarded.. i'll be the first to say it.
