My CR 730 is holding up fine, I've beat the ***** off it for over a month and it hasn't missed a beat.

Dyna is a very nice CDI and with the programming software, you can make the rev limit as high as you want:-)

Sounds nice, but if i recall the Trinity DYNA FS is like 400 dollars and not worth it, for the fact that you need a quad dyno to really take advatntage of it, because you can do way to much with it such as timeing, set it up to run with nitrous and all this other stuff, isnt there just a simple CDI, or Rev Booster out there for under 300?

Ebay has the Dyna Ignition for like $339.

www.albaaction.com has a rev box that boost your Raptor's rev limit 1000rpms.

Ok, but isnt me getting the dyna, just a lil overkill for only wanting to boost my limiter to like 10500.

Thanks for all the help,

Yes, and i also found the Advantage Rev Limiter....Is this a good rout to go for a lil more revs/power...it does say it advances much quicker then stock cdi, and gives much better shift points, resulting in better low/mid end meat LOL!!!

Is this going to blow up my raptor, like is it safe haha

any more info would be appreciated,

I have been all ways told that your valves may float and then hit the piston if you over rev the engine with the stock valve springs but if someone can correct me on this go right ahead.

Ya i think your right, but more so if its a stage 1 cam. I think stock springs might be ok to rev that high without floating. I wouldn't risk it though, if it does happen to happy it makes a real mess.

IMO, reving your Raptor to 10,500 RPM's as you wanted a few posts ago will blow up your Raptor. The stock limiter is set at what? 8800, 9000 rpms. I've never hit the rev limiter, even with my current setup.
