Raptor in mud

Default Raptor in mud

Any problems with driving a raptor in mud? Will it handle ok? Stock 660.


also does it seem to get much mud over the radiator real easy?

The Raptor will have trouble in mud where any other 2 wheel drive atv will. Mud gets covered everywhere....the fenders are for looks ONLY. What you run over is either on you or your Raptor.

have fun, you will get muddy

boots will be drenched

bring spare clothes/shoes

go with a buddy or you will be stuck

Default Raptor in mud

Best way to go through mud with a Raptor in my book is to go fast enough to get on top of it and sail over it.
But I've got those Holeshot H-D's and those give you the edge in mud. But like everyone else said you're going to get muddy, Really muddy.

Default Raptor in mud

The first day I took my Raptor out when I bought it was with my buddies to a field nearby my house. It rained all day the day before so we knew it'd be muddy. By the time we were done my blue fenders could not be seen and the bike from a distance looked like it had brown plastics. I'm not sure if it's even possible to get our shoes and helmets any muddier than they already were. It did take us hours to clean it all of though, but if you ask me it was well worth it.

Just saw the video clip and I think that's pretty impressive especially since you're keeping up with all those 4x4s. Great Vid.

why would you want to take a rappy in the mud?? and you wont hook up for shi^ with those dunlops.

Holeshot XCR's hook up plent well in mud like that...yet not a mud tire LOL[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Do you think that riding like that is bad for the raptor???

raptors are not made for that kind of riding in the video. also i never understood how driving through water like that was fun even on a big 4x4
