Default Need an oil cooler/override switch for electric fan

Im going to run a two row oil cooler after the oil tank, but I also want to know what wires to tap into so I can turn on the fan when I want to. I ride trails and Im usually in 1st or 2nd and revving it pretty high, I would turn it on at that time. Any one know what wires I need to tap into? Its getting pretty hot here and that 20W50 yamalube aint cutting it, anyone make a thicker oil?

I know this don't help with the oil cooler or anything, but one thing that will help keep the engine cooler is CycleLogic Engine Ice. It's a pre-mix antifreeze that keeps the temp's lower then any other antifreeze. I run it in mine, and it's good stuff. Very pleased with it.

You can find it at www.rockymountainatv.com

The wires that go to the thermo switch on the bottom of the radiator run the fan. One side is powered when the key is on, the other goes to the fan. I tapped in at the switch. Run a wire from the hot side to a switch and run a wire from the switch to the fan side of the thermo switch. If you leave it hooked to the thermo switch it will still work when it gets hot.
