blaster vs warrior

lol man who cares who can beat who on a straight line. is what it really comes down to is on trails and the mx course. there are special classes for blasters. nobody races warriors. on a drag all it comes down to (unless you are a serious drag racer or pro at it) is mostly luck. one persons front tires might come up so they have to let off the throttle to put it down resulting in loss of speed. one person might not get traction. one person might not get a good shift and take two pulls on the lever to get it to go into gear. there is many factors that play into effect other than whos faster jeez who really cares anyway

FYI........ to everyone warriors and blasters are both slow i have a 05 raptor 350 same motor as the warrior i have raced factory blasters and its allways close but the raptor will !!!! pull away in the end but too see the true power!!!!! of the 350 take it to the hills and get someone with a blaster to come theres no comparing them the 350 will far surpass the 200 i mean come on people we are comparing a 350 - too a 200 there is no comparing its like me putting mine up against a 660 it would be a joke and i myself doesnt want to go no faster than what mine will i want that great bottom end power that the raptor / warrior 350 makes the kind were you can hit long hills in 3rd gear and work it to the top were the blaster on a long hill would do good to make it to the top in first gear but these two quads are for completely diffrent purposes and i have had a blaster there great fun and for a 200 i think they hold there own but as i said i like that bottom end power but all in all people there both yamahas so there both winners to me

w/e man, i know im rite, but hey, how bout we both take our stock machines(my blaster your rap 350) and each of us get $300 to mod it out. i guarantee that i would get way more bang for the buck than you. the warrior is great and all, but its not built for speed(well niether is the blaster....) but since its a 4 stroke it is hard to mod cheaply. I bet with $300 i could take you in the dunes, the drags, the trails, the hillclimbs and the mx track.

well if i wasnt many many many miles away i would be more than happy to take you up on that offer not just to prove a point but to have fun because i havent had the chance to get on the dunes but anyways you are correct you can do more with 300 dollars than i could on my four stroke and maybe you could take me on the dunes but here in al all the hills i climb are slate or red hill and you have no run at most of them which comes the down fall to a 200 2 stroke they need room to run or a really really small rider and i weigh 220 the blaster i had 3 years ago had a few little things done to it not much but a few and i had pure he!! trying to get it up rough hills it did ok on hill's that didnt have cross breaks or ruts or if they wasnt verry steep if they did when i hit them and it jumped when it landed it really killed my speed which leaded to me fanning the clutch or down shifting and the blaster being such a little guy didnt do so well with crawling up hill s plus it doesnt have the bottom end 2 but any ways im not doubting your blaster he!! you might could down rite smoke me but as you know the 350 is best know for its bottom end which as i said i love im not big on going 70 80 or 90 miles an hour were i ride theres no way i could anyways tight trails an real rough nasty terrain ya know but anyways talking about money with 1,200 i can get a 435 stroker kit from mickey dunlap raceing which i wil be getting in about on month but do note i am not getting it for added speed im getting it for even more bottom end i just cant get enuff of it lol and as far as speed goes if i wanted to run you i would just get out the old tri - z 250 three wheeler and would be more than happy to run it quad for quad

lol, yea i could use some bottom end, i have ridden a rap 660 and i loved how it wheelied! but since im so lite, i dont think i need much of a run at the hill. if i keep it in the powerband, i can shift through to 4th prolly, the rear wheels would have no traction at all though... it would be just spinnin and spinnin and spinnin....
