Default Over heating problem with Cobra utility siers pipe i need help with jetting

i Have a 1996 yamaha warrior 350. i bought a cobra utility pipe and a UNI air filter, i put them both on and it ran crapy all around it was slower. i put tried main jet sizes 145, 147.5, 150, 152.5, and 157.5. noting work so i tryed using the stock filter with the 152.5 main jet and the clip on the needle on the very bottom setting and the air screw 2.5 turns out. it runs better but when it gets pritty hot and you give it full throtle it sounds like it out of gas but its no. next i thought i would try playing with the pilot jet. this is the first time i have ever played with jets pppppplease help i am open to any suggestions
