Ricky Stator.com for the adjustable timing plate. For the porting look no further than Passion Racing, you cant beat a 12 port done by Jim. Try the bansheehq.com forums, he is a member there, and you will get all the info you need.

Many builders out there that can do you well over 55-60 horse with just pipes, filters, reeds, carbs depending on budget, and portwork.
A&S has gotten 117 out of their 7mm, ive also seen 95hp stock stroke 350 banshee as well. That gives you an idea of what a stock bore/stroke motor can put out.
Advance your motor 4-7 degree's depending on what you motor likes. K&T, vito's, ect sell's timing plates so its not a rare commidity.
I would go with a builder like K&T, A&S, ohton if he has time to do it, patriot would be my recommendation right now though, Dan is an awesome guy and like previously stated, he got 95hp out of an alk 350 with inframe pipes! Dans the man
