Damn neighbors cost me $100

One of my neighbors stopped by yesterday after seeing my Raptor outside. He had a new set of Douglas rims and Sand Shark tires sitting in his garage for the last year that belonged to one of his kids he wanted to get rid of. He said he would let me have them for $100 since his kid didn't have the Raptor anymore and didn’t care about the tires and wheels. I couldn’t say no. I hate it when people keep making you spend money

Some deals are to good to pass up though When I first read the heading, I thought you were going to complain he called the cops and you got a ticket for riding a wheelie down the middle of the street or something like that???

Well in my neighborhood they cant, it's a private community and our dues pay for the road upkeep and all the stupid speed bumps (they make nice jumps though ) We get a lot of kids riding scooters and people riding quads up and down the street. We also have cops and State Patrol (yes there is a difference) who live every 2 blocks or so and no one says a word.
