You don't need speed....all you need is torque...a little of torque to get wheelies...most quads have that in the lower gears....but however I am not familar with the big bear.

Just try it and let me know...you will not need speed in wheelies...once you find the balance point you are set...all it takes after that is tapping the throttle to keep it up in the air.
