It appears to be leaking from around the front sproket area. Any ideas what it could be any one else have this problem? I cleaned the area and will check it out tomorrow.

There's an oil seal and an O ring behind the sprocket. Take the sprocket off, pull out the spacer (Actual name collar, part #90387-2505V-00) and you'll see the O-ring (part #93210-22298-00) on the shaft. Either that O-ring or the oil seal (part #93102-35393-00) the spacer slides into is bad.

93210-22298-00 O-RING (U49) $3.88
93102-35393-00 OIL SEAL (U49) $4.13

You may be able to clean off all the dirt and crud and put it back together and it'll stop leaking. I'd buy the seal and O-ring to have on hand incase it does not work.

Warranty on an 02? Only if you purchased the extended one I guess. I have to replace mine as well. I got the parts last week and will be looking at it sometime this week before the 4th

Thanks, having a manual and parts microfich help alot. Both of which can be had for free in my signaturers website. The microfich is for a 2001 but most parts are the same on all Raptors and if the part has been updated the dealer will know when you give them that part #.
