Default 58 hp STOCK on an sp600 twin?

my friend said that his STOCK sp500 has 48 HP...he insists that he's right and even his dad said it does...he says that his new 600 twin he's getting has 58 hp STOCK...that means that a 600 twin has almost 3 times the HP as my grizzly and my grizz has 60 more cc's...what do you guys say about that...i honestly believe they don't know what they are talking about and even after showing them the dyno runs on the highlifter site they still don't believe me...so what about you guys....what do you think?
