04 blaster warning lamp
I just did the ten hour oil change on my sons new blaster. oil light went out when we first started it. took it out for a ride. and as soon as it warmed up. the light came on. it will stay on for 30 sec. to 1 min. then shuts off. then comes back on in the same amount of time. we used 10-40 yamalube. and its full in the sight glass. I know its under waranty. but, I was wondering if there is a comin problen.

yea trans oil change. the light is temp and oil. is that for the injection oil? or trans oil? (the light)i thought it was for the trans. I guess it could be for the 2 cycle tank. I will look to see if there is a sensor on the tank. I know it is still about half full or so.

ya i have an o4 blaster 2 and it happened to me cuz when the tank is just under ha;lf full its telling you to put oil in, its definetly to early for an oil punp faliure known to happen on blasters but an oil injection block off kit is a mus after a wile, also sometimes when im going down steep hills i hold the clutch wile im in gear and just roll and it goes on but shuts off asoon as i give it gas. hope this helps

yea, I am a dumb a**. sensor in the tank. we had a lt80. but it did not have any light or sensor in the 2 cycle oil tank. and the tank is still at least half full. I really did not want to carry another gas can around. I geuss I will have to eventually. or bypass that sensor. so it only works for temp.
