Default grizz 660 need the valve clearences

Hey guys, I need to set the valve clearence on my 04 grizz. I was woundering if anyone has done them, I heard it is a fairly painless job and would like to do them myself. My quad has 320 km on it so it is ready for it's first tune up. Any info would be a great help. Thanks

Valve clearance (cold):
Intake:
0.10 ~ 0.15 mm
(0.0039 ~ 0.0059 in)
Exhaust:
0.15 ~ 0.20 mm
(0.0059 ~ 0.0079 in)

Easy job if you have the right tools. It takes me about an hour to do the job.
