Mine seems like it needs 1 more lower gear, seems like you actually start out in second gear, speed wise i have no complaints, going through the woods it can hang with just about anything...

You hit the nail on the head, the Wolverine needs a six speed transmission with a granny gear or either a dual range transmission so you can climb or mud better. Yes the Wolverine has its problems but name a quad that doesn't.

I think they should have give them a bit more stroke, that tends to help torque....

Biggun-- after a lot of research, I just didn't expect it to be as loud as it was. I put a spark arrester in and its not much louder than stock unless your squezzzzin it!!
