how much hp would i get out of a wiseco 11 to 1 piston?

A few, but its best when paired with a cam.

Default how much hp would i get out of a wiseco 11 to 1 piston?
how much would it put out with a hot cam stage 1 ? and if i did that would i have to replace the rod?

You shouldnt have to replace the rod.
