Italian- Not bagging on no one, just don't believe the HP claims out there. You are not going to make a raptor motor survive at levels anywhere near that. There is no doubt that a turbo raptor will make more power than a non turbo raptor. The price is even nice for the turbo package. Except bolting one on a stock raptor is sucicide, without going in a building from the bottom up.

 

I just wanted to say a few words about Craycrafts Reputation. I personally know Bob, 14mins, and Dallorbillz, and the rest of the gang that makes up Craycraft racing. All of these people I treat like my best friends because they treat me the same way.
Bob treats every customer with the outmost respect and never misleads them to a bad choice. In this industry everyday is a learning curve, and tomorrow brings better ideas with more horsepower gains.
Have you ever wondered that NASCAR engine builders spend thousands of dallors and gain maybe 2 or 3 horsepower, but that might be enough to get them in the winner circle!

Now my thoughts on a 180hp Raptor or any other single cylinder four stroke. I do not think with that much hp and torque it could live through a hill climb or 300ft sand track. The cases, tranny, and clutch are going to be the week links. But if you have deep pockets then anything is possible, but would it be practicable.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]
