Am I better off buying the Toomey B1 kit or should i buy just the pipe and silencer, and buy the rest seperatly?

 

You are better off buying the whole kit because then you get everything you need including jetting, a uni air filter, air box vents, and all the hardware you need to attach it. When you install it I would recommend just running your blaster without the airbox lid because if you do use the lid even with the airbox vents it still doesnt get enough air flow for that 310 main jet that comes with the kit that you have to install
