Raptor 660R Power Up Kit Help!
I need some expert advice! I'm looking for a decent priced kit (pipe, K&N, jets) that the parts work well together for trail riding and sand! I'm not looking to hit the racing circut either. I would prefer quite over loud if the HP gain is the same. It's a 04 Raptor. What would you recommend?

you should look into the trinty kit theres the 686cc kit w/ Stage IV pipe, a 686 cylinder bore, Power hone, 11:1 compression 102mm Piston setup, Trinity's camshaft and valve springs, Pro-Port and valve job, and your stock carbs are jetted to perfection by Trinity experts. All sealed up with a complete top end T.I.A, and Trinity's super-trick gasket and seal set! or the 727 kit w/ Stage IV pipe, The big bore 11:1 105mm piston and sleeve, tuned cam and valve springs, the patented pro-port and valve job, and a chamber mod and it's all sealed with a complete T.I.A. and Trinity's heavy-duty gaskets.< w/ that kit u havfta send in your motor tho
1) Be sure to get two large cardboard boxes (one about 2 inches smaller than the other).
2) Build the larger box and insert one inch of padding or crumpled paper (do NOT use packing peanuts).
3) Insert the smaller box into the larger box.
4) Fill the small box approximately 1/2 full with crumpled paper.
5) Insert motor into smaller box and fill the rest of the small box with packing materials.
6) Fill the gap between the smaller box and the larger box with more packing material.
7) Close the smaller box and then tape up the larger box (be sure to use plenty of tape).
8) BE SURE TO INSURE YOUR MOTOR! Trinity Racing is not responsible for damages inflicted upon your motor during shipping. Please be sure to insure the engine for whatever you feel it is worth.
9) That's it! Just sit back and wait for the engineers at Trinity to work their magic on your ATV motor!

Most companies don't offer a full out kit because you can buy the Jets and filter seperate from the pipe and it'll still work perfect together. If I were you I'd pick out the pipe you want then buy a Pro-Flow K&N kit and the jets you need from the local Yamaha shop. There is lots of info on here about pipes and jetting if you need help, just do a search!
