Total scam do not trust this guy! I have been scammed this way, see there is no law outside usa that will protect you in a credit card or check fraud, what they do is send a bad check or use a bad CC then they got the quad and you get a frozen bank account...

ya, its clear the guy was trying to scam you. always get the check and cash it before you send anything away. i would try emailing him again because it could be legit. but it does sound like a scam to me too.

 

It's called the nigerian fraud scheme. He will send you a check, but he said it will be for more than the agreed price. He wants you to send the balance of the money western union back to him. The check you will receive will be fake. He wants his money before it clears the bank. This happened to me in December. I waited until the check came back before I did anything. I you tell him that, you'll probably never hear from him again.

 

Hey PHJ, what do you want for thos skids? I'm in need of a set at least for the swing arm. Dont really feel the need to buy new especially if they are in decent condition.
