so i just call the shop to see how things are going on the repair.. yeah another 300 bucks they gotta split the case or sumthing repair something else that broke.. I GIVE UP wouldnt it make more sense to just parth the sob out? I HATE IT I HATE RAPTORS AND I HATE YAMAHA

 

Makes me feel proud I payed $300 for my 200x and have only put maybe $100 in it...works perfect.
Bought the wife's LT for $400 and I have $300 in it....works perfect

when i think of sh!tty raptors, i think of you.....i mean raptors that are not reliable. and that comes back into the idea that...the more you modify the original motor, the less reliable it becomes. Maybe on your next quad you dont mod it so much & you can buy 2 bikes for the price you put into one [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

It had problems before the mods that why i modded it to use aftermarker parts to fix the faulty yamaha sucky parts

 

hmm...maybe u got a lemon or something that was really abused...i dunno shoulda gotten rid of it a long time ago, but i would think if you got a different raptor you wouldnt have all the problems. you just = not lucky

 

Sounds like a lemon. My 03 has been through a lot and it runs great.

Thats harsh dude. I've never really been a fan of raptors. They are nice, but I think they are the most over rated quad there is on the market today..
Your best bet would be to fix it so it's up and running and then sell it..You will be out some money because there is no way you are going to get that all back, but that kinda stuff happens.
Cut your losses and upgrade to a new bike before she dies on ya again
